THE CODE

Three Movements. Nine Laws. One Responsibility.

Know what is writing through you. Govern what demands your obedience. Author what comes next.

I. KNOW THYSELF

Expose what has been writing through you. Examine the voice that protects your ego. Put inherited beliefs on trial. Recognize the mask you built for the eyes of others.

You cannot change what you refuse to see.

II. GOVERN THYSELF

Create space between command and action. Fear may speak. Anger may rise. Desire may pull. The old pattern may return. None of them automatically receives authority.

What arises within you is real. It is not automatically your ruler.

III. AUTHOR THYSELF

Build the person your principles require. Read reality without surrendering principle. Build capabilities that increase your choices. Decide what your strength, influence and power will serve.

You were not the sole author of the person you became. You are responsible for what you continue.

The Nine Laws

  1. The Enemy Wearing Your Face
Examine the voice within you, even when it sounds exactly like you.
  2. Put the Script on Trial
Inherited beliefs receive neither automatic obedience nor automatic rejection.
  3. The Man and the Mask
Understand perception without becoming imprisoned by performance.
  4. Govern Thyself
Build the space between impulse and action.
  5. Fear Has a Voice. Not a Throne.
Read the warning. Question the command.
  6. End the Pattern
Stop fighting incidents. Destroy the machinery recreating the defeat.
  7. Read the Current
Hold principle. Adapt strategy. Let reality edit the plan.
  8. Forge. Do Not Beg.
Build capability, options and leverage so desperation does not make your decisions.
  9. What Will Your Power Serve?
Strength eventually serves something. Choose before your deepest hunger chooses for you.
